The launch of a luxury residential tower in Austin, Texas, called for a production that matched the building’s level of refinement. Set within a fully furnished, high-end environment, the event was designed to showcase not just a property, but a lifestyle.

End-to-end production leadership shaped the transformation of the property into a curated experiential journey. The scope of work included sourcing and overseeing the installation of a custom acrylic pool deck, developing and deploying wayfinding signage across the building, and integrating physical design elements to support guest flow and visual cohesion. Additional responsibilities included coordinating a live entertainment band, a golf simulator with live coaching, and a sound bath experience; curating high-end catering; and managing furniture rentals and décor elements to elevate each space.

The existing architecture became the canvas — every room, light source, and texture was considered as part of the experience. The event layout guided guests through an unfolding narrative, balancing intimacy and spectacle, and revealing the project’s craftsmanship through atmosphere rather than exposition.

Meticulous attention was given to pacing, flow, and tone. From the first welcome moment to the final reveal, the production delivered an elegant, immersive evening that reflected the development’s sophistication and the city’s creative energy.
