Working alongside the scenographers, ideas were tested for feasibility, production constraints, and budget alignment—guiding the creative direction toward options that could be executed at the expected standard.

Once the design was finalized, it was translated into a production-ready scope and sent to the workshop for accurate costing, then integrated into the final pitch deck. The mandate also included client-facing support and presenting the proposal.
