Capcom Monster Hunter Launch Event Los-Angeles

At Capcom Monster Hunter Los Angeles launch event, Haus Of Park created the concept theme and designed the full end-to-end experience guests moved through during the evening—anchored by a quest-style journey with stamped checkpoints that culminated in a reward swag bag.

My role was to partner closely with Capcom on the production side to bring this vision to life. I supported the build and execution of key activity moments (including the Batak challenge), led coordination on venue branding and environmental touchpoints, managed swag design/production logistics, and helped run show operations on-site. A core priority was ensuring a frictionless guest experience—guiding crowd flow, timing, and staffing so that all 500 attendees had a smooth, premium consumer journey.
