The scope of work focused on translating the creative design into a fully realized physical environment, including the development of detailed shop drawings and oversight through fabrication. This process began with the selection of a specialized millwork workshop capable of delivering the highest level of finish, while also meeting the logistical demands of transportation and on-site installation. Responsibilities also included coordinating furniture rental, overseeing audiovisual installation, and ensuring that all physical and technical components were seamlessly integrated on site. Particular attention was given to build methodology, material durability, and modularity to support efficient transport, rapid installation, and flawless execution within a highly regulated event environment.

While modest in scale, the project carries considerable complexity. The event’s location and format demand meticulous planning, from transportation logistics to on-site installation, all within an environment shared by the most distinguished luxury brands in the world.

The partnership spans three years, with the 2024 and 2025 editions successfully completed and the 2026 showcase currently in development.
