Mercedes Benz eSprinter Ride & Drive Roadshow Mont Tremblant / Vancouver

The eSprinter Ride & Drive Roadshow was designed to introduce Mercedes-Benz’s new electric commercial vehicle through an immersive, hospitality-driven experience. Launched in Mont-Tremblant and Vancouver, the program established the foundation for a continuing series of events across Canada.

Each edition offered invited VIP guests an elevated weekend combining luxury accommodation, curated dining, information sessions, and hands-on test drives. The concept centered on connection and comfort — allowing participants to experience the eSprinter’s performance and technology in a refined, personal setting.

Responsibilities focused on translating this concept into a tightly orchestrated, full-day hospitality and driving experience. This included conference room design and setup for presentations and briefings, coordination of all catering and restaurant bookings, and curation of food and beverage selections across multiple service moments. The role also covered venue coordination, vendor management, detailed production scheduling, and on-site operational oversight to ensure seamless transitions between meetings, dining, hospitality touchpoints, and driving sessions.

The result was a cohesive and premium event format that blended brand storytelling with genuine engagement — establishing a scalable blueprint for the next generation of Mercedes-Benz experiential programs.
