Merck Pride Week Toronto

For Merck’s Pride Toronto 2023 activation, the creative concept and design were developed by the team at Youville Haussmann Park. The scope of work here focused on the production delivery side — building and managing the budget, identifying and vetting the right fabrication/production workshop for execution, and awarding the project to ensure the concept could be delivered reliably, on time, and within scope.
