Hosted by Mercedes-Benz during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend, this private event gathered an exclusive circle of VIP clients inside one of the Ritz-Carlton’s historic ballrooms. The mandate: transform the space into a sleek, immersive speakeasy that balanced modern energy with the timeless glamour of a vintage jazz club.

The ballroom was reimagined as a fully bespoke environment — every architectural feature reinterpreted through lighting, sound, texture, and movement. Contemporary design details contrasted with warm, atmospheric tones to evoke both innovation and heritage.

This turnkey project was led from initial concept through final delivery, beginning with close collaboration with the designer to shape the creative direction. The vision was translated into detailed execution drawings and realized through hands-on coordination with specialized suppliers, ensuring precision across all custom-built décor elements and technical installations. Particular emphasis was placed on audiovisual and lighting integration, which defined the mood and spatial immersion of the speakeasy environment and served as the backbone of the guest experience.

The scope also included sourcing and managing all key partners — from décor fabricators and AV teams to live performers, multiple DJs, and surprise entertainment moments — as well as curating the full hospitality program. Nobu-catered dining, an exquisite cocktail bar with signature drinks, and layered food and beverage experiences were orchestrated to complement the evening’s narrative and elevate the experience for Mercedes-Benz’s most elite clientele.

The night culminated in a tightly choreographed sequence of entertainment highlights, including a surprise appearance by Formula 1 driver George Russell, creating a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere tailored to the brand’s VIP audience.
