British American Tobacco’s 2022 corporate event was realized as two seamlessly connected environments — each reflecting the distinct identity of its brand, yet united through a refined, cohesive narrative.

The role focused on translating the creative vision into a fully built, physical experience through close collaboration with trusted décor fabricators and production workshops. Responsibilities included overseeing the planning phase, developing detailed execution drawings, and managing fabrication and on-site installation across all décor elements and branded prints. Particular attention was given to build methodology, finish quality, and production sequencing to ensure precision and consistency from concept through final reveal.

Every detail, from bespoke set design to the final unveiling, was meticulously orchestrated to deliver a sophisticated, immersive experience that embodied the company’s past, present, and future.
