Vuse Vape Stores 12 locations in Major Canadian Cities

The Vuse Vape Store program was a multi-year national initiative for British American Tobacco, developed to establish a premium retail presence for its flagship brand, Vuse. Spanning nearly four years, the project combined creative design, architectural execution, and production management into one integrated process — resulting in more than twelve stores delivered across eight cities in Canada.

As Production Lead, responsibilities covered every stage of realization — from interpreting BAT’s global retail guidelines to adapting them for local markets. Scope included site evaluation and lease finalization, architectural and MEP drawings, permitting, contractor bidding and awarding, and full build-out through to final finishing.

Each location was delivered as a complete turnkey environment, integrating high-end fabrication and in-store technology, including interactive displays, audio systems, and POS infrastructure. The rollout established a consistent, immersive retail identity that brought the Vuse brand to life with precision, sophistication, and continuity.
